Order Minimums:
Stocking dealer: First Order: $3000 Yearly: $2000 Reorder: $0
Non Stocking dealer: First order: $500 Reorder: $100 

Kindly note:
Yearly accounts will be reviewed and orders totalling less than stocking dealer minimums will be considered non-stocking dealer account. Any account with no activity in 24 months will be considered closed and will require the above mentioned minimums opening orders to reinstate your account. Orders placed at trade shows are considered final orders and cannot be cancelled.

Internet Sales Policy

Internet sales of any India’s Heritage products without the written consent or signed contract with India’s Heritage is strictly prohibited. Brick and Mortar stores may sell our products on their online sites. We request that MAP pricing be followed. The new current patterns should not be offered on sale. 


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Debit cards. Credit card orders are processed after full credit card information is received and are billed only on the day of the shipment. Prepaid orders are processed upon check clearance. Returned checks are subject to $25 service fee. We do not ship COD orders. All international orders must be shipped under prepaid conditions.

Accounts will require a major credit card or check before merchandise will be sent. Net 30 terms may be requested on future orders and requires a satisfactory factor approval. Credit process takes approximately 7 business days. Net 30 invoices cannot be settled with credit cards on the due dates. Net 30 terms are only available to domestic customers.

Product Info

Some of our products are hand-made or hand guided machinery is used.  There will be a slight variation in these products. Kindly refer to the care instructions related to each product.


The orders are shipped within a week of receipt of PO. Though our goal is to have all our products in stock at all times, any item not in stock at the time of order may take 4 -8 weeks of delivery time. All shipments are ex-Secaucus, New Jersey.

Freight, Insurance and handling charge are added to the invoice. All refused shipments will be charged the appropriate freight fees and 15% restocking fee.


All out of stock items are automatically back ordered and shall be shipped upon receipt, unless otherwise instructed on the order.

ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS NEED TO BE FAXED / EMAILED TO US. There will be a 15% restocking fee if cancellation is made after the item has been shipped. Customer also bears the freight charges for the same. 


We will drop ship to any of your customers with an additional charge of $10.00 per order. 

Return Policy

We love our products and want you to be perfectly satisfied. If you are not satisfied with our merchandise for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund or exchange of your order within 10 days of the ship date.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call 201-866-4251 for an RA Number. Returns for any reason are not accepted without prior authorization from our customer service department with an assigned authorized RA number. Any merchandise returned without an authorization will be refused at our receiving department. 15% restocking fee will be applied to all authorized returns beyond 10 days of the ship date.

Any damaged merchandise must be reported to our customer service department within 7 days of receipt of your order. If for any reason the shipment cartons are damaged, please document immediately with the carrier’s representative delivering the shipment and note on their signature pad the damage cartons. Also, please take a picture of the carton and email to us.

The return merchandise need to be packed in its original packaging for return to be processed. No returns accepted on custom made orders and fabric yardage. Please refer to Customer Name and Invoice number on all correspondence and return the package to:
